Primary research
with primary research I gathered it in different ways like,

•  interviewing someone that was relevant 
• questionnaires 
•  surveys. 

The reason why primary research is important to me is because its fresh with the information I need and its trust worthy.

Secondary research

With secondary research i gather it in different ways like,

•         the internet
•           Books
•           TV programme's and films

secondary research is good for me because its helps me to check if the dater I've collected is correct and helps me gather more information. it also helps me save time.

With the research that I have collected thought my years at college has mainly been primary research but in some cases it’s been secondary. Finding the information was sometimes harder because I was after a specific question that I needed answering. In my documentary I dug deeper in the researcher finding more information that I needed.

TV Advert

With this project I did research to see what people thought about Ben’s and Jerry’s ice-cream and who like it as well. I did a question air to see what the people thought. It was open to anyone but the people that voted were between 16- 28. These are the results that I got. This is an example of primary research because I've gathered my own investigation. 
with this document there are two examples of primary research,the questionnaires and the surveys. 

For my documentary I interviewed the head coach for basketball  and other people like a player and parent and i ask her specific questions that I need for the Three Min Wonder. Below is the primary production research I conducted, including recces, releases and a risk assessment.

Secondary research I've collected 

With the Documentary task I did a lot more research because I could get more information in because I was in contact with the Basketball club owner. I then made another question air for the Basketball players that went to that club, to see how they liked the club and why they think it’s a great place. I also did the research to then see how the Girls basketball club as grown and see how the club is doing well.
When I was gathering information on the basketball club I could use the website and the information the the head coach gave me. For this I mainly used secondary research as i had the information their for me.

For this research I had to use the internet to find the information that I needed  for my re-branding Ben and Jerrys




In this booklet it I have written about the ways I found information that I needed for my screen play. i looked on websites and have read books, like the Bible as well as watched TV shows for example Supernatural
